Lots of stuff about the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin case you might now know about. (And the only thing "graphic" about this video is a picture of Trayvon Martin flipping double middle fingers, so don't not watch because you think there will be gore. There isn't.)

I post this mostly to say 'shame on you' to the national media - They screw up so many aspects of so many people's lives, it's not funny.

George Zimmerman - Not Guilty!
Original Source (Joe Burbank-Pool/Getty Images)
I just want to say one thing. Any of you people of color, or not of color for that matter, who disagree with the result in this case, or who choose to make your voice(s) be heard because of that belief - but who also did not watch the trial proceedings, nor know the facts of the case - SHAME on you! They got it 100% right this time, and that's all there is to it.
OK, one more thing. Mark O'Mara is a brilliant man, and deserves every ounce of the credit he receives.

The Trayvon Martin Case
-- has nothing to do with race.
The sooner all you black protesters realize this - the better.
And why is it that it doesn't make national news when tons of people are upset about a white person's seemingly wrongful death? It's because we don't feel it is necessary to collectively come together and publicly RIOT every time a white person is wronged. It is always an issue with race for them whenever one of their own is wronged - in this country.
A lot of people are pissed off at the way Kelly Thomas was murdered. But do you see mobs of white people protesting, and causing civil unrest because a handful of police officers beat him to a pulp? No. What you see there is an organized effort to investigate a group of officers who went overboard in their attempts to subdue a non-violent person, resulting in his death.
If you oppose the actions of the officers involved in the Kelly Thomas case, but are also blinded by reverse-racism in support of Trayvon Martin, then maybe you need to rethink exactly what you stand for. Go take some time and think about what it means to protect your own human life. Go take a moment to realize that George Zimmerman didn't want to pull the trigger any more than Kelly Thomas wanted to plead for his life for 15 minutes, while cops beat him to death.

The Analogy
(Puddy walks in)Jerry: Hey, look whose here - Puddy.
Elaine: My Puddy? But we broke up.
Jerry: And yet he continues to live.
(Puddy walks over to the table)

Puddy: Hey Benes, How are you?
Elaine: I’m doing great.
Puddy: Great. (pauses) See ya.
Jerry: Well, that’s it. You two are back together.
Elaine: What?
Jerry: The bump into. The bump into always leads to the backslide.
Elaine: David and I will not be getting back together.
Jerry: Elaine, breaking up is like knocking over a coke machine. You can’t do it in one push, you got to rock it back and forth a few times, and then it goes over.
George: That’s beautiful.

Hey Jer, What's Up?
One of the greatest little segments of a good "The Summer Of George" Seinfeld episode. Jerry's new girlfriend Lanette (Amanda Peet, very early in her career) has this DUDE at the house every time he goes to pick her up. He's already asked her if he's the roommate, and whether he's gay - Both of which she denied. He even asks, "are you sure?"
The "I have absolutely no idea" is just hilarious!
Later he shows up to her place in only a towel.

Steinbrenner Relished Wacky Depiction On Seinfeld

Even if you never watched a baseball game in your life, there was a pretty good chance you were well acquainted with George Steinbrenner, the 80-year-old New York Yankees owner who died on Tuesday.
Steinbrenner -- or at least a bumbling version of the baseball baron -- appeared on 14 episodes of "Seinfeld" as the boss of George Costanza

(Jason Alexander), the assistant to the team's traveling secretary.
The Steinbrenner double, always with his back to the camera and voiced by series co-creator Larry David -- who had fantasized as a kid about working for the Yankees -- was depicted as a nitwit with a fondness for calzones, Pat Benatar and Cuban cigar wrappers.
"(David) really created this very caricature, this very mercurial personality who's just completely all over the place and neurotic," star and co-creator Jerry Seinfeld later recalled.
In one episode, the Steinbrenner character opines that "(Yankees icon) Babe Ruth was nothing more than a fat old man with little-girl legs."
He then reveals that he is wearing Lou Gehrig's baseball pants, but takes them off after worrying that he could catch the neurological disease that killed the baseball legend. "I'm too important to this team," he says. "Big Stein can't be flopping and twitching."
"If you can't laugh at yourself, then you're not much of a person," Steinbrenner told Entertainment Weekly in 1997. "It also pleases my grandchildren."
Seinfeld and David originally asked Steinbrenner to appear as himself, but he turned them down, wrongly thinking that the George character was a spoof on him. He eventually gave them the green light to use a double."I guess they did a pretty accurate job," he later recalled. "Nobody likes to admit they're quite like that, but I guess I was."

Alas, Steinbrenner struck out with his one chance to play himself on the show. At Seinfeld's request, he stopped by the Los Angeles set in 1996 to appear in the final episode of the seventh season -- the one where George's fiancee dies from licking toxic envelopes.
Steinbrenner's character offered to accompany Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) to the wedding as long as she lost a little weight. But the episode was too long -- a common problem on "Seinfeld" -- and it was cut for time. David was forced to call his idol to deliver the bad news.
Steinbrenner was actually pleased, telling Entertainment Weekly that he disapproved of the fiancee's death scene. "I felt it was sick," he said.

Meet Giant George
"Giant George" and owner Dave Nasser share a couch together"Giant George," the 7ft-long blue great dane who could be the world's tallest dog. Standing at nearly 43 inches tall from paw to shoulder and weighing a staggering 245 lbs. - could this be the world's new tallest dog?
Pictured here along with Mr. Nasser in the parks of Tuscon, Arizona is George, a four-year-old blue great dane, who looks more like a miniature horse than a dog.The four-year-old blue great dane, weighs a staggering 245lbs and measures almost 43ins at the shoulder. The gentle giant, who measures 7ft 3ins from nose to tail, could be a prime contender to take the title from the former record holder, Gibson, a harlequin Great Dane who passed away from cancer last August.
Now George's owners, David and Christine Nasser, are awaiting confirmation from Guinness World Records to see if he has achieved the lofty heights. "He's 42.625 inches at the shoulder," said David. "He's very very unique." According to David, George consumes 110 lbs. of food every month and sleeps alone in his own Queen Size Bed. Dave and Christine raised George from when he was 7 weeks old, but never expected him to grow so big.

With size comes problems: The giant great dane barely fits in the back of his owner's SUV! The couple eventually had to move their aptly named dog out of their king sized bed, when he grew too large for the three of them to share. Dr. William Wallace of the Buena Pet Clinic in Tucson, who witnessed the documentation necessary for the Guinness record, said: "In my 45 years of experience working with giant breed dogs, without question, George is the tallest dog I have ever seen." David is currently rushing to get that necessary documentation into Guinness as other dog owners are already coming forth claiming the record.
As they wait for the results to come through, George is busy occupying himself with his new found stardom and even has his own Facebook fan page and Twitter account for his adorning fans. It appears as though the sky's the limit for this mammoth hound.
Paws for thought: George's giant feet dwarf his owner Dave Nassar's hand.(Snopes confirmation here - I had to check...)

Thanks Dad!
