This is actually a very common thing for people with septic tanks. I mean if this sign were found in an up-scale, urban or big-city business for example, then I can see how this would be determined a FAIL. I doubt it. So, I don't see it like that. Apparently someone over at failblog dot com has no idea that there a millions of people all over the world with septic systems, who usually flush nothing but their waste. No TP, no used tampons, no tissues, nothing.

And for that I denote this a NON-FAIL.
